CROWN MAKEOVER

This patient was unhappy with his old crown on one of his front teeth and the chipping of his other front tooth. The previous crown was made of a traditional technique of fusing porcelain onto a metal shell (called a PFM). This type crown typically shows the metal margin and becomes even more prominent over time as gums normally recede over time, showing the dark lines around the crown even more. Both front teeth were restored with a metal-free, more esthetic, ceramic. This creates a more natural look and even as his gingiva continues to recede in the future, he’ll never have that dark line in his smile again.

SMILE MAKEOVER

Patient was unhappy with her existing dental work not matching and making her smile unaesthetic. She had a missing front tooth with a bridge made of porcelain and metal underneath (the dark lines) and older veneers that didn’t match the color or shape of her natural front tooth. Her front six teeth were restored with metal free ceramic bridges and veneers to all match.

A MORE YOUTHFUL SMILE

Retiring patient lost her front tooth and replaced it with an implant — when she decided how to restore her front tooth, we decided to combine treatment of all her front 10 teeth with ceramic veneers and crowns to create a more youthful and complete smile she can be proud to show off as she starts new adventures post work.

FIXING NATURE

This young man was born with a condition call amelogenesis imperfecta and his enamel never formed correctly on his teeth. He was getting married and wanted to surprise his bride with a new smile on their wedding day. We replaced the defective enamel on his teeth with all ceramic crowns and gave him a much more pleasing smile 2 days before the wedding day. It was a huge success and was not only a great present to himself, but made his bride cry with joy seeing him so happy and confident with his smile.

REPAIRING ACID DAMAGE

Patient treated with 6 ceramic (eMax) crowns to restore her worn and eroded front teeth. This type of damage is seen in patients with a history high acid exposure, either due to diet, like lemon sucking, or to an eating disorder, such as Bulimia.

MISSING FRONT TOOTH

Patient had her front tooth knocked out in an accident. It took about 10 months to complete her replacement, but it is currently the best way to ultimately replace a tooth and put a patient back to their original smile.

CLOSING THE GAPS

This young patient (13 years old) had just completed orthodontics and is out of braces. Because her upper teeth were on the smaller size compared to her lower teeth, she either had to extract some lower teeth to allow all her upper teeth to come together, or she could leave the gaps and keep all her teeth. Keeping all her teeth is more ideal and we were able to simply enhance her smile and fill the gaps with dental bonding of composite. When she becomes a young adult, these can be replaced with more long-term solution with porcelain veneers.

UPDATING OLD DENTISTRY

This patient was very unhappy with the way her front teeth had been restored previously and neither the shape nor color of her teeth matched. She was restored with 4 all ceramic (eMax) crowns and veneers to match and create a smile that blends with her natural teeth and also restored the confidence in her smile.

CONFIDENT NEW SMILE

This patient had multiple stained and chipped teeth and felt unhappy with her smile. She was treated with 10 veneers to create a more esthetic and confident smile.
